Hannon Leads 4 Recognized by PSUAC
PSUAC Releases 2025-26 Men's and Women's Baskteball All-Conference Teams
UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - The Penn State University Athletic Conference released its 2025-26 Men's and Women's Basketball All-Conference awards on Friday. More than 90 student-athletes were recognized for their outstanding achievements on the hardwood.
Penn State Shenango's Izzy Santiago, the league's reigning scoring leader, was named the men's West Division Player of the Year after averaging 24 points per game. His counterparts in the East Division shared the award as Co-Players of the Year, as Penn State York's Terrell Neal and Penn State Mont Alto's Veron Talla earned the recognition. Talla was one of two players in the conference to average a double-double, with 17.6 points and 12.0 rebounds per game, while Neal averaged 19.5 points per game for the conference's best team during the regular season.
On the women's side, Penn State York's Delaney Burroughs averaged 25.0 points per game, second in the conference, while also leading the league in minutes played and three-pointers made to be named East Division Player of the Year. Penn State DuBois' Natalie Bowser earned the award in the West, leading the league in total rebounds, offensive rebounds and defensive rebounds. She also finished first in blocks while also averaging 12.8 points and 14.5 rebounds a game.
Burroughs' teammate Harper Poff was named the PSUAC East Division Rookie of the Year. Poff finished the season in the top 10 in field goals made, three-pointers made, total rebounds and blocks. Savannah Walls of Penn State Fayette earned the honor in the West, averaging 15.8 points and 10.8 rebounds per contest.
Penn State Lehigh Valley's Emmanuel Kenyi earned the men's PSUAC East Division Rookie of the Year after averaging 15.1 points per game. Fayette's Noah Payne earned the West's first year award, shooting better than 45 percent from the field and nearly three assists a game.
The women's Defensive Players of the Year included Penn State Hazleton's Topaz Williams-Fripp and co-recipients in the West, including repeat winner Katie Enderle of Penn State Beaver and Shenango's Gabrielle King. Williams-Fripp served as a lockdown defender for Hazleton, while Enderle finished the season second in steals. King finished sixth in blocks per game.
York's James Barlow and Penn State Greater Allegheny's Elijah Hannon were named the men's Defensive Players of the Year in the East and West, respectively. Hannon was the other men's player to average a double-double, finishing second in rebounds per game at 11.6. Hannon also finished eighth in steals and fourth in blocks, while Barlow finished third in block with 40 total. Barlow also finished third in rebounding.
Mont Alto's Jack Schenzel was named the PSUAC Men's Basketball Coach of the Year for the second straight year after guiding his team to the two-seed in the East Division with a 19-6 overall record in the regular season. Beaver's Tim Moore and DuBois' Pat Lewis will share the PSUAC Women's Basketball Coach of the Year award after both finished 13-2 in conference play.
PSUAC All-Conference awards are nominated by coaches and administrators, with each campus having a vote for all awards. Final selections are determined after all votes are counted. The full release of teams can be found at the links below.
