Bio
Sophomore:
Eladia Kennedy became the first PSUGA United States Collegiate Athletic Association National Champion when she took home the 100-Meter Dash crown at the 2019 National Championships with a time of 14.05 seconds. It was the first of two medals for Kennedy who also took home the bronze medal in the 200-Meter Dash making her one of just two athletes who won multiple medals. Kennedy set the Women's Program record for both the 100-Meter (13.53) and 200-Meter Dash (27.89).
Freshman (Geneva):
Kennedy competed in both the 100-Meter Dash and 200-Meter Dash for the Golden Tornadoes appearing in all five regular season meets. Kennedy set a personal record during her freshman season running the 60-Meter dash in 8.88 seconds at the SPIRE Midwest Open.
High School:
Kennedy graduated from Imani Christian Academy where she was a member of the women's basketball and track & field teams.
